Positives:
Much road construction, some until 10pm with drilling of some kind. The food at the buffet breakfast was very poor. All staff were friendly and welcoming. A hand held showerhead would be nice.

The room was ok and the air was working cooled off pretty fast
Negatives:
I don’t like the fact that they didn’t warn about the construction zone and how it was really inconvenient to get to the property had to go way out the way when leaving and coming back. Also they don’t have a turkey option so my wife really couldn’t eat the breakfast food was not up to par. Potatoes were hard and dry that was the only option she could eat. Tyne French toast was hard and the rest of the food was dry . The shuttle bus wasn’t as available as it was last year . Lastly they changed the blankets they used these blankets were plastic like felt rough and extra thin. Will not be staying here again outdated for the chain

No in-room fridge. Hard to get to at night.
Positives:
I liked that the hotel was large, well-kept in some parts, and had access to the club lounge.
Negatives:
My room was directly next to the elevator which was ungodly loud, all night long. The bathroom ceiling and walls were cracking. The elevator was extremely tiny and shook. And the club lounge, which was supposed to have breakfast each morning, did not.

Positives:
We had 2 rooms and the representative took both credit cards and drivers license but she charged both rooms to our credit card instead of one room to the other couple . Could have been a mess if we used debit cards .
