Jacuzzi was out of order...the rooms were not quite what I expected. Got a king suit upgraded, and it was the same exact room as the one I chose. The pool had way too much chlorine and other guest were a little standoffish.

I canceled my reservation at the front desk because the amenities I paid extra for were unavailable. I was not offered a discount. I just came in from a long drive and was tired because of sheraton's refusal to work with me I had to figure out where I was going to stay that night because I wasn't going to pay the money if I wasn't going to be able to use the swimming pool and hot tub that I paid extra for. It was a real inconvenience. also I called earlier that day to make sure my ESA animals were accepted and nothing was said about the situation with the swimming pool and hot tub me and I won't consider Sheraton again
