Negatives: The room had a hole in the wall stains on the sheets and decided to change rooms ordered new sheets and those had stains as well the towels were stained and the comfort I needed was just not there no I won't go there again and I'm not using your sight anymore.

Negatives: Hotel Staff was unhelpful and staff at check in was rude. I requested a wakeup call -- it wasn't provided, making me a bit late at starting the day. As a result, I was rushed and accidentally left a sapphire ring in the room. Notified the hotel the same day, but of course they had no idea which cleaner had done the room and staff did not turn in anything. Promise to investigate was a joke. Lack of staff honesty is unforgiveable, especially in a college town.
