Room and public areas were clean, discounted price was attractive, staff was nice, breakfast was more than adequate, easy access to Purdue. Older building/windows - would recommend a room away from the street due to hearing everything in room.
Negatives:
Room, although clean, had an odor; possibly due to no ventilation in bathroom. Condensation on window after shower. A lot of noise heard in the room from street Nearby business ran a truck/equipment at 4am for 45 mins & it was as if our window was open.

Extremely clean and well kept. The staff was warm and inviting. I was coming from Indy and was not sure at first, but after our experience I would recommend! Breakfast was excellent also - keep up the great work. Greg - Milwaukee Wisconsin

The room was comfortable as was the bed. There was a lot of space for the price. I appreciated the good lighting. At night the room was reasonably dark. The hotel was very quiet and the breakfast was excellent.
Negatives:
Very minor, but the desk was located in front of the heater. When the fan was on, it was more air than I wanted.

Housekeeping a bit lax, rented three rooms for a business trip, one room had a messy bed and smelled like marijuana, front desk was helpful and reading another room.
