We found bugs flying in our room, in the morning we asked them to spray the room so when we came back that it was good. The receptionist said they never had issues with bugs. The next night we still had bugs we killed two and I took a picture of 1 and showed the receptionist the picture she said she would have some 1 spray while we were out again. That night we still had bugs. Then when we checked out we still had them not as many as the previous nights. I wanted a discount and they said they could not give me one because I booked 3rd party, through you@booking.com. So I am writing you to get a reimbursement on part of our hotel room. I was told it had to be through you that they could not do it. The staff was very friendly but the bugs were not. We had an inconvenience of closing and packing everything up each day while they sprayed I feel we should get a reimbursement of some sort. Reply back to me.

Convenient, quiet location. Comfortable bed and clean room. Restaurant choices nearby.
Negatives:
Somewhat pricey for the area. As with many hotels, too many pillows and not enough surface area to store them. Travelers need surface areas, hangers, and towel racks more than unnecessary aesthetic features.

The halls and elevator had a skunky smell. The room door wouldn’t open so my husband went back downstairs to the desk, the front desk employee told him how to use the card and sent him back up, it still didn’t work, so he went back down and asked for a different room, which we did get. We think the door lock needed new batteries. Annoying though as it was late and we were tired. The pillows were small and uncomfortable and the beds were very hard. Not worth the value in my opinion.
