Negatives: Room needed many repairs There are not enough photo spots to show all of the repairs needed. The desk chair should have been discarded with the wear shown on it.

Negatives: Walk-in shower was good but needed another grab bar and floor was a little sleepery, Kind of dated, need an upgrade but it was very clean and comfortable.

Negatives: Entrance needs to be marked much better.

Negatives: Old. Smelled like cigarettes. Didn’t feel safe in pkg lot. Ice maker didn’t work.

Negatives: The WiFi was not secure so I was not able to use my computer as much as needed and I had to shut down my firewall to log in. Probably won't stay there again because of that

Negatives: Smelled like an astray.

Negatives: Rooms need some updating. Also don’t know why the lock was broken off my door. (This is second time I’ve seen this so maybe there’s a reason?) As a solo traveler that made me feel slightly nervous. Pool was nice, wish there was a lounge chair.

Negatives: No turkey bacon

Negatives: Cleaning services for our room was inadequate. We ran late not leaving until just after 11 AM. They knocked on the door and we said we would be out in a few minutes. We left but when we came back to the room had not been cleaned. On another day we were out of the room in Cincy, we can back to have the room cleaned but they had not replaced the cups we had used the previous day. Large trash can in the room with the vending and ice machines were overflowing for multiple days before it was emptied. Had a bad smell and insects flying around it. The heavy blind nearest the window had come out of the track and was hanging down, allowing light to come through the window. The wand to open and close this blind was lying on the AC unit underneath because it would have pulled the blind opening even larger. In the bathroom, there were holes in the wall above the toilet, where the metal towel rack was previously mounted. Instead of filling the holes with spackling and recoating, one hole has a kleenex stuffed in it with a piece of blue tape over it holding it in. The other hole just had kleenex stuffed in it with no tape to hold it in.

Negatives: Shower did not have place for toiletries had to place on floor. The utility room next door made noise all night. Bathroom door didn’t have a lock that worked and the toilet seat wasn’t secure. Door was missing top lock. When I mentioned a few of the issues to the staff they kind of laughed it off.
