Very rude desk staff, phone in room not working.

The price was reasonable.
Negatives:
"Breakfast" was horrible and the coffee didn't taste very good and was lukewarm. The heater in our room wouldn't shut off and the closet door was off the track. No good place to charge our phones and some of the outlets were "sloppy" so a plug didn't want to stay in the receptacle.
