First of all the poor young lady that was working was stressed out by all of the complaints about the Rooms no television service to watch, the room that we were supposed to be getting was not cleaned so she had to give us another room. Then after we got in the room my Daughter had to go to the car to get something and the key didn’t work anymore the batteries were dead in the remote, which really didn’t matter because the television wasn’t working I think we should have been given a discount for all we had to go through This is what I didn’t like about it but the young woman tried her best seeing how she was the only one who was working
