The staff were so friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and if I need anything, I can always call down to the front desk. I really appreciated the quiet time hours in the hotel so I can get a restful sleep. Great location.

I didn't like that I booked for 4 night but only stayed 3 nights but was still charged for 4 night and then they charge my card that I booked the room with also so essentially I got charged twice.

Everything. Location was rough and wasn’t safe. Staff was unprofessional. First room was dirty and bed wasn’t made. Second room had hairs in bed. I slept in my clothes on top of cover. Place was worn out to say the least. Bathtub drain was mostly clogged so water backed up in tub when I was showering. Terrible experience

I liked the pool area and small little picnik area that you can go in and out from the pool,it was great to sing happy birthday to my son.

Once I got to my room,it was not clean, maintenance left the night stand pulled out to infront of bed along with the lamp,alarm clock,and phone layed down out over dusty beds,carpet remnants leftovers in garbage cans,and the tv remote had no back and dead batteries ,which I fixed and replaced myself,then comfort wants to charge me for damages to a dirty room that their maintenance crew left behind,and my son got food poisoning and got sick so their trying to get me for dirty bedding

$60 deposit Requested a early check in arrived at 1:40p still nothing available.clerk stated I’ll call you if it gets ready b4 3p that is our check in time. Needless to say I never received any calls. After eating at local restaurant we decided to go back and check as it was 2:45p I got there and lady in front of me requested a room close by the pool as she was having a birthday party for her kid. Ok my turn… “Hello your room is ready she put me right next to the vending machines/ pool atm and breakfast room /fitness center yikes I heard people all outside of my room all night. At 6:30a the door began slamming repeatedly because breakfast had started. No more sleep for us.!!! Hair on jacuzzi tub

Staff were very rude and disrespectful. The front desk tried to give me a downgraded room even though I paid for the superior king suite and I had to argue with her in front of other customers for 20 mins until she finally gave me the room I paid for.
