Positives:
The location was very easy to find. The night Manager was extremely courteous and helpful. He assisted us with some tv issues, he joked and laughed with us and made us feel very safe and taken care of during our stay. It was a very good experience.
Negatives:
The Breakfast around 8am was running out of coffee cups and eggs, milk and had not been replenished.

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the bed in my room. The bed in my room has urine stains and smells of urine. I would like to request a refund due to the unsanitary conditions of my current room.

Everything was wrong and there was also bugs, crickets coming out of walls. The floors were so dirty it made our socks and feet black, the shower was dirty and the shower curtain was stained in red. Staff didn't care and I would of liked a free room day.

Hello Sirs: When I first got there they had me in the wrong room. Then I got in the room and laid down and relaxed. I lifted my head and an ant was crawling on the pillow. At about 10pm I tried the hot tub. Was not happy with the water coming out, had to leave it running or the water would be all in the air and all over the floor. Stopper will not go all the way in. The tub was not clean. All kinds of stuff were floating.
