Weekend front desk staff was not the best except Sunday. Seemed to disappear into the back office a lot. Asked Friday night for room to be made up, but had to ask twice more the next morning and waited until almost 1:00 PM.

Positives:
The lady who checked us in... I believe her name was Nancy... went above ad beyond. She was so nice that everything else could have been terrible and we probably wouldn't have even noticed. But fortunately that wasn't the case. Breakfast, in particular was a rare treat. We made sure to talk to the chef after eating to let him know how much we'd enjoyed our meals... and to add a second tip to the jar. It was just that good!
