I paid for 2 nights was there 2 hrs got a phone call my mom had passed away suddenly and had to go home. They refused to refund me a night so I was still charged my entire stay! Very sad that even in emergency and what I was going through they still wouldn't refund or at least offer a night at a different time!!!!

I guess it was better than sleeping under a bridge.
Negatives:
The room that we were put in first had dirty or stained sheets and pillowcases, significant dents and gouges in the walls, a bad smell in the room, a hole in the bathroom door with paper stuffed in the hole, stains or mold in the grout in the shower, and a patch over a fist sized hole in the bathroom door. I spoke to the man at the front desk who then put us in a different room that was much cleaner and didn't smell bad, but then after 30 minutes in that room we realized that the a/c didn’t work. It would blow cool not cold for 30 seconds to 2 minutes then blow room temperature until you turned it off for a minute and restarted it. I asked the man at the front desk for help and he came in, turned it down from 64 to 61, and claimed that it was working. It definitely was NOT working. The room didn’t cool down enough to sleep comfortably until about 4am. Unfortunately, we had to get up at 6am and had a 9 hour drive ahead, so it was a challenging day trying to stay awake behind the wheel with such a poor nights sleep. I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk when we left. She took a note, but did not seem at all concerned or offer any kind of apology.
One more thing. There was a man laying on the ground like he was asleep in the parking lot when I went out to get our luggage. I mentioned it to the man at the front desk. By his response, I gathered that this was not unusual or cause for concern. He told me “he’s not staying here”.
Anyway, we stayed in 6 budget friendly hotels/motels during this trip including other Super 8s. This one was not the cheapest, but was by far the worst.

Positives:
It was easy to get to. The people was very nice. The bed was so nice and soft I slept all night. There wasn't noise for it being a Saturday night.
Negatives:
I filled out the pre check in app online and I still had to fill out the same paper when I checked in so to me I wasted my time online. The shower had very little water pressure and the bathroom floor was dirty with dark black hair on it.
