Pretty sure that previous guest that were in our room had a large male dog that was kept in the bathroom and peed on the door (sliding door). Didn't notice this until the morning we were leaving because we never closed the door until showering.

I spoke with Jennifer who works at the front desk. She is extremely unprofessional and rude. I called in regard to a receipt from a stay that was already not the most pleasant experience and instead of her being helpful she behaved like a child. She decided that she no longer wanted to deal with the situation since their hotel and booking.com could not decide who has an actual receipt for me the customer so she hung up in my face and continued to do so for about 5 minutes. When I called from a different number and asked for the regional manager Jennifer said her name was Lori and that she wasn't going to assist me either. I very seldom judge people in a such a magnitude as I have with Jennifer with a front desk person such as that I can only imagine the class of patrons since she was comfortable behaving the way she did and continue to pick up and hang up a phone that she initiated a negative experience on because this issue at home over a piece of paper was too complex for her mental mind to comprehend! Very nasty being!

The hotel advertised pool and hot tub and when we checked in was told the pool was closed and the hot tub hasn't worked in years. The reason I booked this hotel was for these amidites because it was my husband's birthday and we wanted to use these for some time away for relaxing. Was very disappointed..

The room had no remote for tv so couldn't watch tv, because tv wasn't working right.
Negatives:
Caulk in shower peeling, shower shelf broken, doors didn't close completely. Mirrors smeared.Lamanent on headboard splintered and peeling off.Had ask fir a shower chair to be available before arrival, they did find one but we had to carry it to the room ourselves. Door to room didn't close completely so you had to close it hard. Outside needed groomed as alot was over grown. Breakfast was only warm, not hot. Hot tub was covered, so you couldn't use it, no explanation as to why.
Curtains in bedroom didn't close so you had light shining in directly on the bed all night.
For a Hilton Hotel I expected better, more attention to detail.

We booked 2 suites, and 1 had a very strong cigar smell! I have a baby, and my husband has asthma, I called, and they gave us another room that smelled like throw up! It was bad! Party rooms from the night before! The hallway carpet is really dirty, the housekeeper was very rude! I've stayed here 2 years before, that's why we booked again it's not cheap they are not maintaining this hotel at all! Disgusting brown stains in the ceiling of the pool, jacuzzi completely closed! Pool water was super cold until I asked. They said they forgot to turn it on! We go to this area 2 times a year we will be looking for a new hotel to stay! You have a very nice property, so sad you're letting it go.
