Negatives:
This was a Best Western Plus hotel. We could not figure out what the plus was. There was a door hanger stating that if you wanted the room freshened, to hang the sign. This was not done nor were the towels replaced. This new policy of not making the bed, leaving clean towels, etc. is not appreciated by myself and others who travel. The thing of coming back to a made bed used to be one of the nice things about staying in a hotel.
