Positives:
At first it seemed nice, but after speaking with staff and being in the facility there are a lot of red flags. Hard to have anything positive to say about it.
Negatives:
Did not read my accommodations as well as did not respond to my request on bringing my dog as well as how much the extra fees would be. I do not recommend this place for a stay. This hotel is under a lot of renovation which should be listed in the information before booking. Very unclean and stain on the floor and walls will start to notice ceilings stains in the pool area as well as the uncleanliness of the rooms. Bathroom had black hair all over the shower and tub is stained with dirt. Staff are very very very unfriendly. The moment I checked in they were wanting me to check out. At the front desk says due to lack of stuff will need to come to front desk for towels and when I did took 20 minutes just for someone to come to the desk and then the man had the audacity to ask me if I was checking out. As well as grilled me for my first and last name and room number multiple times before he could even tell me if the towels available available. Then wet in the back for 15 minutes and then comes out and tells me they ran out of towels because they didn’t realize they had so many guests over the weekend. Truthfully there is a lot of mismanagement of rooms and hotel supplies how does a hotel run out of towels? If you think you can go swimming and get towels you are also wrong no towels any where to accommodate the current guest so why would you keep booking guest if you can’t even accommodate the ones currently staying here?

Staff was nice. Location is good, close enough to stores. Bed was comfortable.

The carpet in room need to be cleaned or replaced, smells bad. Did not get housekeeping. The common area floors were very dirty, needed mopping. Breakfast was very very poor. Sorry....
