Unprofessional staff, not in some sort of uniform and without any manners. trash left by stairways and hallways. Found the trash can from my room full of garbage and i told the front desk about it , of course they never went to correct that. Front desk personnel would be hiding in the room in the back , probably sleeping or on their phones.

We asked for a roll of toilet paper and that wasn’t provided we have to leave the building at 9:00 pm and go to grocery store to buy our own toilet paper

The manager (man) was very kind and took care of us anytime anything was needed.

The rest if the staff was always outside smoking. Anytime there was an issue there was always an excuse why the sheets were dirty.
They did accommodate as much as possible but we didn't have wifi, the TV stopped working after the 1st day and the only solution offered was for us to change rooms. We had already changed rooms 2 other times. 1st room had dirty sheets. And room had sticky floors, unlaveled bed and a weird smell.

The keys didn't work properly, and the bed was "firm" to put it nicely. We had paid for 2 nights and left after one.

Nothing. The room was dirty. It smelled really bad burnt smell. Fire alarm was on the table. Already knew the hotel was sold out because they called to tell me they were oversold and I didn’t have a room but managed to get them to bounce someone else instead.

I was told by the GM that this hotel is consistently oversold so be extremely careful about booking this property.
