Between Sunday, Nov 17th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Nov 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Indianapolis), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Nov 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Indianapolis), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 18, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: The location was perfect.

Negatives: I had no closet curtain. I saw a roach run up the wall. The front desk clerk boyfriend was sitting with her with their dog, and she was feeding the dog snacks while waiting on me. The housekeeper came in my room before check out. Did not knock on the door just use the master key and open the door.

Negatives: Almost everything. My parents stayed at this place the first night of my graduation weekend at ND. I feel so guilty for letting them stay there! The sheets were stained, the room stinks, the wall was peeling off, rusty kitchenware, and we could see stuff coming out from the fan / AC when turned on! It was absolutely disgusting.

Negatives: I feel if you book a room at a extended stay hotel that the couch bed needs to be made up, with pillows and blankets and sheets. The guest should not have to make this bed. It's the responsibility of the housekeeper. Not the guest, I wasn't happy.
