1) Telephone in room did not work.
2) Rug around air conditioner was soaking wet.
3) Shower door did not work right.
4) The shampoo provided did not lather.
5) The drain was slow in the bathroom sink.
6) The elevator broke down on 9/14 and an outside technician had to fix it.
