Positives:
This hotel was in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and the University. It was cleaner than expected and seemed recently updated. Front desk staff was kind and courteous.
Negatives:
Pool was closed, didnt affect us as we werent planning to use it.

Hallways smelled strongly of weed and my room reeked of cigarette smoke. Staff was rude- and for no reason. By far my worst experience at an IHG hotel.

The hotel's location is very convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
This must be one of Holiday Inn's older locations. There is only one elevator. The maintenance is OK but everything is worn. We were there during a busy time, but there was never enough food or coffee in the breakfast area.

Hotel was clean, felt safe, good breakfast, didn't smell of cigarettes or marijuana (thankfully). Very comfy beds and pillows.
