staircase covered in plastic, paint cans strewed about, construction site making it dangerous to take the stairs, elevator broken, toilet didn't flush, didn't have the usual curtains that pull over the see through curtains so was bright in room all night

The manager monitored everything about my stay. Told me he watched me on the camera and I have too many people in my double queen room. I had myself and 5 kids under 10 and made us leave the pool early due to its being overused wouldnt give us towels

There was a pile of dog stool in a corner of my room. The tub was dirty. Lamps in room did not work. There was traffic in and out of the hotel all night. People were smoking weed. The waffle batter at the breakfast buffet was curdled. Dirty gym.

It smelled really good when I walked in the lobby and there were no bugs

Key cards didnt work on room doors or outside doors. Got a new key card. Still would not open outside door. Daughter cut her foot on the metal bedframe sticking out. Bathtub was dirty had to clean it before we could use it. Room was different than pics

I like the fact of the pool,the breakfast, handicap rooms for the disabled. A gathering area right inside lobby. Coffee for the guest in Lobby.Quick front desk ask they can help, need anything they can try.

The rooms need to be deep cleaned,when not busy.I can do all of these things. I use to do this. Floors need a soft dust mop for bathroom,don't look swept

Not very clean, no maid service, breakfast ran out of some food 30 min into the breakfast time. No pool towels. Room only had two towels. Stickers on nightstand. Shower backed up standing in shin deep water.

Only that the Incidental fee was not communicated prior to check in. That may have made the difference for some customers actually being able to stay or not. I believe that, this process is important to some. This is why the non perfect score Overall.
