Negatives: This room was booked in a panicked state due to an unexpected family emergency of my aunt almost dying and having to have open heart surgery. It was unknown until I went to check in. I reached out to booking.com who told me the refund depended on the hotel. I reached out to the hotel and explained the situation not to mention they weren't supposed to charge me until I got there and they took the money as soon as I booked the room. So they did not agree to refund me my money and I am completely out 85 dollars which also doesn't help since I am a single mom on disability so I have a very limited income for me and my daughters. Very disappointed in the lack of compassion of this hotel.
