Room was clean. Really good breakfast. I think they don't have it added has one of amenities but they have it and it's really good.

No elevator to go on 2nd floor. We were 3 people in room with only one towel and one hand soap bar. No shampoo / shower gel / shower soap.
Pool was not available and it was really dirty. All green water in pool.

We booked a queen room on Booking.com, but when we got there we were told the site wasn't updated, and they only had double rooms. We took it but still had to pay the queen rate since we had booked through booking.com. It wasn't a big deal to us, but be aware that they do have some rooms that have a door to the inside hallway as well as a door that leads outside.

We booked 3 rooms for my kid ND graduation weekend. The front desk manager is a Superman ! He seems aways working in the hotel. He is capable to solve problems. There was one car with super loud music on and parked outside of my hotel room, I waited around 12am then called front desk, a girl answered but didn’t do anything. Then I called again, it was answered by the front desk manager, he went to the car and talked to the driver for quite a while, I saw him from my window. He was nice but firm to let that driver turn the music down. I lost his business card but remember him. He speaks Spanish and smokes outside.
