Very friendly manager and staff! Clean accommodations! Kitchenette! Manager got a shower chair for my mother to use during our stay.
Negatives:
Website stated it was a "disability room with 2 queen beds" that I'd reserved. My mother is safer using a walk-in shower. No "disability room with 2 queen beds" even part of the My Place building in Ankeny. . .only with 1 bed.

This was the first time we had stayed where the room had a cute and convenient kitchen. Our bed was very comfortable, it was nice to have a recliner in the room, and the bathroom tub sides werent too high so getting in and out of the shower was easy!
Negatives:
The only negative was that the refrigerator was a little noisy all the time.

Avaliable, clean (the beds roll out, AND IT EVEN CLEAN UNDER THERE), 2, YES, 2 rolls of bath tissue in place, kitchenette (with full size fridge, ice maker, soap, towels), pet friendly, etc. I could go on....
We love coming thru here on our way back north from the south. It's always our last hotel stop because we know we will get a clean room, a nice night sleep, a nice shower, and a great Rosotie's pizza!

Loved everything about this place! Quiet, conveniently located, CLEAN, mini kitchenette, pet friendly, comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! Being on the road nearly a month and this being our last hotel stay was our best!
Negatives:
The only thing i didn't like about it was having to get out of bed in the morning and leave!
