Key didn’t work to get into the pool, had to get staff member to let us in. The pool was dirty with an oil like substance on the top of the water. Kid riding bikes in the hall. Our tv didn’t work for 80% of our stay. (Someone did eventually fix it. However we felt like we may have ruined his night)
