The hotel sent a message 1 day before arrival stating OLD mask requirements. Almost cancelled trip. Get up to date on this!!!

There isnt security to keep non guests from entering guest stay areas. While we were there an intoxicated trespasser accosted me and my daughter on the fourth floor near the elevators. Security could not catch him, cops were finally called. Property does not have decent security in place. No key cards detectors in elevators to swipe to get to your floor even on the higher floors as we were transferred to a higher floor and was stunned at the complete lack of keeping outsiders out of the hotel. Would not stay again.

no breakfast,location good,cleanliness good.
Negatives:
water dispensers in self serve,not enough hotel desk help, poor signage to the sky walk to parking deck ,asked two employees ,got no help,had to pay for one hour early check in as senior citizens, clerk charged the wrong credit card after requesting a change to a different card, cartare too small to handle more than one suitcase, no bellman to assist with luggage, had to put luggage in car in the rain since nobody told us where to go for the skywalk.
