Positives:
Price point was awesome. Room was big and looked generally clean. Staff was trying hard to make things work despite several complaints by other guests.
Negatives:
Breakfast was minimal.... toast, cookies, coffee (when it was made). Staff was slow and looked a bit dazed & frazzled. Carpets in hallways were dirty but at this pricepoint I didn't expect much. Toilet in 1 room had repeated issues that weren't really fixed.

Think twice about staying here. TVs don?t work, pool closed for ?maintenance?, zero towels in our room, horrible WiFi , grass overgrown & non-patrons hanging out in the lots at night. The entry doors all have locks that don?t work so safety is an issue!!

The check in process, with no help from the staff with c/c issues. Zero compassion for guests with a c/c issue misunderstanding. And separated from each other by the distance of the casino, due to construction at entry to checkin location. 2 hour ck-in

This should not be listed as a 3 star hotel. It clearly used to be a nicer hotel that new ownership is slowly allowing to decay. Things broken while I was there:

Great location, easy smooth check in, good parking, quiet at night, handicap access bathroom/shower.
Negatives:
Side entry door unlocked 24/7 despite requests made to staff. Very unsafe -staff promised to have it locked so only room key entry was available, but chose not to do it. When confronted about the issue in the morning, the manager expressed surprise, but was very unconvincing. Breakfast was sparse and depressing. Despite featuring a spa and pool, it was inoperable for the second year in a row?
