Negatives: Not what the pictures show. Stains on furniture and bedding. Mini split unit kept switching to defrost mode so room never warmed up (set at 68°). Overall smelled unclean.

Negatives: Bed bugs, two toilet paper rolls with either boogers or mold, broken smoke detectors, dirty towels. The list goes on!

Negatives: I was traveling and got my dates wrong. I called to see if i could change my dates just to the next day and the answer was no. No consideration or going the distance for your customers as to finding a solution or working with me to fix the issue. Its just all around a bad experience for me. I was willing to pay the difference. I just needed a room! zero HELP!

Negatives: Staff was super rude and uninviting. not enough food at breakfast. When they were out nothing was refilled. Towels in the room were dirty.tv remote didn't work. Just not a good experience.

Negatives: I booked a Non smoking room, but , when I get there the receptionist gave room 161 which had wet smelling. By the way the hallway also was full of smoke smell . I asked him to change my room please and he said this is the only room left. One of the reasons I canceled the second night was because of that. Although I gone to Waterloo to have fun and enjoy , but I couldn’t .

Negatives: Room was finished by a bad do it yourselfer. Shower floor looked like someone had washed a transmission in it. Bathroom was real dirty. We didn't walk around the room without wearing shoes because the carpet was dingy and gross. Room was not modernized with newer tv or lamps. 2 out of 3lamp shades were broken. The towel rack was ripped out and 1 side was screwed back in not close to level. Gross and nasty overall.

Negatives: Very dirty room. Wasn’t vacuumed. Dirt, food and a sock on the floor. Walls dirty. Broken bed leg. We arrived at 9 pm , went right to bed and left as some as we got up. Bed seemed clean.

Negatives: Very dirty rooms in general. The small coffee pot had stains around it on the sink. The tub was atrocious. The TV only had one station. The rooms and facility clearly previously allowed smoking; can’t get that scent out, sorry. My wife went down to ask about getting our TV fixed, the Indian gentleman said they’d get to it tomorrow, after we left. “That’s not possible” was his response. Completely unacceptable. A couple that had checked in just before we did went down to get their money back because their room was filthy. I found a pube on the top of our toilet. The pillows were squares, no bigger than 12”x12”; incredibly hard to keep my head centered on that while sleeping! Not 20 minutes after check-in did I make the comment to my wife, “I can confidently say I will pay a little more next time and stay somewhere else. This place is a dump!” I’m shocked Wyndham has their name associated to this. They need to make a secret reservation and try to stay all night here. Good luck! Definitely not recommended in any way.

Negatives: Staff tried to charge more than posted amount on booking.com and when asked about the difference employee said book it then. Room was gross, stains on comforter, shower cap over fire alarm so it wouldn't activate, no remote for TV, fingerprints all over the mirrors, toilet wouldn't flush, the remote for mini split had some nasty debri cracked in/on it, vanity had some kind of brown substance all over it.
