It was close to some food spots and the mall is within walking distance

The bed was hard, the window had a huge crack and had tape on it, the sheets were dirty, the washer & dryer didn’t work, pool was down. Breakfast was gone before 8pm. Apple juice & orange juice dispenser didn’t work. Smelled like heavy cigarette smoke and weed. Oh a let me not forget it was LOUD energy single night!

Unmade bed, no towelsfinally received 3 hand towels to shower withspeaking of which, shower head leaked into bathroom.

The price was a great deal but for what we received it was horrible.

No pillows, no WI-FI, no pillows, bathroom had no towels or toilet paper. We let the front desk know via phone as no one is at the desk at night and we were just told sorry. No one brought us anything. The bathroom sink was disgusting. Dirt and debris in the sink and toilet. We were there for an hour and had to leave. We paid for an entire different hotel as we could not stay there. I am still working on my refund

No one ever available at front desk, or answering phone when calling from room. Room was not clean. No internet. TV did not work and was told someone would be up to fix it and the 2 days I was there it was never fixed. I had no toilet paper!

Didnt even stay. Internet didnt work, pool and gym were closed, room had no fire alarm on the wall, broken pieces of wood in the corner, no staff on duty at night to help, bathroom was disgusting, blood on sheets, etc.
