Too few breakfast items and those there were VERY dry.
Room had an odor that was very unpleasant. Had to ask for room deodorizer which didn't help much
2nd room stunk of smoke and toilet didn't flush.
Walls were so thin we could hear snoring in next room.
And, maid service did NOT knock before entering. Happened twice in both our rooms

We arrival after Midnight and was tired or we would have went somewhere better. First two rooms smelled like a bad dog kennel.. Third room smell a little better but wasn't clean.. Several small Hairs in bathroom sink and tub.. AND not sure sheet was clean. The bed wasn't good. Cleaned the bathroom so we could clean up next morning. Breakfast was not to our standard Baymont breakfast.. SO NEXT time I pick a hotel I will look better. Next morning TALKED to front desk and they said they would asked BOOKING to refund money BUT!!!! I'm sure that would happen HAHA

The staff where all very nice.

The hotel was not updated at all (like the pictures online) the rooms where okay with a weird odor. There was old fruit found under the shirting of the bed. Had to ask for 1 of the beds to be re-done because they didn't look like fresh bedding. Room was definitely not clean to standard. Empty tissue box, with enough toilet paper for 1 wipe in the room. Continental breakfast was all brought in prepackaged except the Waffle iron.
