Negatives:
I was given a room that was already taken by someone else. So that was weird. There was half used shampoo and conditioner bottles left in the shower. Also there was food in the microwave that was left from the previous people. Completely disappointed.

The pick 3 options was deceptive. I was trying to get the best price at hotels near the Cedar Rapids airport. One of the pick 3 choices had the exact names of the hotels that would meet that criteria. But the 1 I got was NOT near the airport. Deceptive.

Easy access to freeway to surrounding area. Hotel was clean beds and pillows amazing! Staff very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was very good with lots of choices, lemon water in lobby a nice touch! Will stay again!

There wasn't hot water in bathroom in am but when I asked about it- hot is cold/ cold is hot in some units. Said he would rectify the problem.

Room not clean. On arrival trash full, carpet needed vacuuming; weird texture; I put towels down to walk. Bath tub had hair in it. A big fly pestered me from my arrival & I left early due to it. Bfast was a white flour feast, typical. Never again.
