At check in the clerk saw I was in a wheelchair and moved our room closer to the elevator.
Negatives:
I didnt realize there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room and no continental breakfast. The restaurant breakfast Buffett was overpriced. Overall, the hotel was overpriced when so many basic amenities were not offered.
Positives:
Our room was clean and roomy. We do wish there had been a safe for valuables and a small microwave to be able to warm up tea or coffee.
Negatives:
We decided to eat at the bar and grill. After ordering salads, we waited over 45 min to get our food. There was no one else eating downstairs. After the wait, I found the salmon on my salad was raw, never a good thing. I would never eat there again.

The pullout couch had full of food crumbs. The sheets on the bed were stained and there was a used bar if soap in the shower from the previous guest. Also there was no refrigerator or microwave in the suite as we expected.

Relatively clean suite. Hotel has a very retro 1980 look and feel to it. You could film a period film there without having to change much.
Negatives:
Only one set of towels in suite. When we called desk to send towels they stated that we needed to come down to get them. Thermostat was set at 70 degrees, but room was much hotter than that and when lowering temp to lowest setting of 65, it was still blowing hot air into the rooms. Had to turn it off completely. Luckily, the windows could be opened an inch to let air in.

We checked in 10/21 at approximately 2:30pm. The woman who checked me in was very unfriendly and rude. She never looked up at me, even when handing me the key card. She gave no information about how do get to our room, about parking or anything else. When asked where we should go to get to our room, she was very abrupt.
The hotel seems dated and worn.

They put us next to the elevator and kids were running around at 2am. We asked for more towels and didnt get them until 9:30 the next day.

There were minor things in the room that were irritating. The coffee pot was missing the basket, so I had to go downstairs to get coffee each morning. The bathroom light was out on one side and the shower only had shampoo, no shower gel or conditioner.
