Great choices for breakfast!

I booked specifically for the pool so my grandkids and I could enjoy the pool. We were told the maintenance on the pool would not be completed until Monday, 3 days later. We were told to go to another hotel and use their pool. We didn’t even have a room reservation there! I asked to be comped at least one night for this issue.
On checkout I reminded them I wanted comped one night of my 2 night stay due to no pool. The clerk said it was open…on checkout! No one let us know when it did open and they knew we wanted to swim. No communication at all. Still awaiting my email to be comped one night as I travel to Cedar Rapids to visit family often. Would stay again if this issue was resolved.

It was clean. The hot water was amazing! The staff were super nice. Our bed was comfortable. And the tv was perfect.

Our door kinda stuck on the floor and our room was kinda musty. There isn’t a hot tub also.

When we checked in the person at the front desk didn't seem to know what she was doing. When we checked out I them check my bill since I was pre-paid. She had billed me the full amount so I was double paying. I am still waiting for my credit card refund

Everything was great. Staff was AWESOME! Very helpful and very nice. Especially a lady named Denise. She went out of her way many times helping when we had questions or needed anything. She's a Great asset to your business, deserves recognition or a raise in pay. Thank you Denise and Thank you Residence Inn.
