The first apprentice was everything. Walk up and outside clean and when you walk in. Had hot cookies and coffee ready. Love it

Hotel employee was so friendly and so caring. He played Easter bunny for the kids gave them a treat. They entire staff was so pleasant. When back in this area I will make this my stay again.

Bad system and policy. When I was booking this hotel, I was looking for an exact date. The date wasnt available so the system automatically took me to another date. I didnt realize until I received the confirmation email five minutes later. I asked for a date change or credit but was denied due to no cancellation policy. My fault for being in a rush and not noticing the dates but you need flexibility with human mistakes like this. I felt scammed for paying for a room three months ago I couldnt use.
