The price was pretty good.
Negatives:
Could not find the room do to no room number signs. Killed a spider and an ant in the room. Tv remote only worked part time. Breakfast not very good.

Given the very low room rate, my expectations weren't high. I was very pleasantly surprised because everything in the room was in very good condition (furniture, bathroom fixtures, carpet, etc. etc.). The staff were also very friendly and helpful!
Negatives:
The outside of the hotel is not in great shape, including trash at the doorways and dingy hallways and stairs. Still, the hotel is investing well in the rooms themselves which it what really matters. It all still felt very safe, so I'm OK with that.

Great location was close to where I needed to be. Nice that I were close to an entry.
Negatives:
Could have been a little cleaner, the windows were filthy in the room. But my worst complaint is they billed my boss for the room and then I was billed too and they told me that I wouldn't be billed.

Hall ways filthy. Room was dirty, Tub was dirty. Drain in bathtub was slow. Had a maintenance guy knock on our door ( didn't ask for one) and yell at us because we wouldn't let him in. Checking out, Lady at the counter told us she would take care of it, never contacted back. Worst hotel we have ever stayed at.

This hotel was absolutely DISGUSTING. There was a USED vibrator on the bed. The room was obviously not cleaned and hadnt been cleaned for weeks. I asked for a refund and they were rude and said no. I wouldnt even want a homeless person to stay there.

Positives:
Stayed here for 2 nights in early October whilst holidaying from Australia and visiting some friends nearby in Clinton. An older style motel with large hallways and huge open communal spaces. Our room was also quite large with a handy desk, microwave and fridge. There was no carpet in the room - would have preferred some carpet. It was very quiet whilst we were here, didn't appear to be many other guests staying. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our TV worked OK but the WIFI was a bit slow. Breakfast was OK - the usual basic motel fare. A reasonable stay here.
Negatives:
No spare toilet paper in our bathroom, had to ask for some. Our bed was a bit firm for us - but that is a personal choice though. Would have liked USB charging points available in room. Apart from these small things, nothing bad to report.
