There was a spider in our room and powder makeup on the bottom corner of the top bed sheet. I killed the spider and wiped off the powder makeup with a dry washcloth. I didn't see any other areas with makeup.

I requested 1st floor room weeks in advance due to ankle surgery, property granted.
Upon arrival, was told this room was filled, had been given to another guest & ours was 2nd floor "it's only a few stairs up!" Clerk was arrogant.

Staff was friendly, it was inexpensive and convenient for a short night stay.
Negatives:
Needed some maintenance as the bathroom door was poorly repaired and the bathroom knob was broken and needed replaced. I didn’t like that there were cobwebs on the ceiling, other than that it seemed clean enough. But I won’t be going back.
