It was accessible to what I needed.
Negatives:
When I arrived, they gave me a room that was in the process of still being cleaned, so I had to carry all of my luggage back downstairs. I was not happy about that! Then the 2nd room they gave me, the TV didn't work. So I had to wait for the technician to come fix it. However, it was found to have been disconnected from the HDMI. After the two incidents, everything was fine.

It was in a great location for me during my travels. I didnt get to use them, but it had a cute porch type area with comfortable looking large chairs to enjoy the evening out at. In addition, there was a fire pit and a very nice barbecue to use. If Id have stayed longer, I definitely would have used them. I didnt use the gym but all equipment appeared to be in working order and you could see outside while working out. Vending and ice machines all in working order. The lobby had beverages and snacks for sale, quite a selection. The staff were just wonderful, all shifts. The breakfast was hot and tasty, and had many options to choose from: eggs, biscuits & gravy, pancakes with FRESH fruit toppings, FRESH fruit, oatmeal, bagels, toast, juices, etc. A very nice spread for the morning hungry folks. The indoor pool was sparkling clean. They even offered two desktops and a printer in the lobby if you needed it. One last thing I thought was awesome: they had a popcorn machine in the lobby! Upon check in the front desk staff gave me two little bags of dog treats for my two fur babies paws, which was very much appreciated.
