Negatives: The bathroom was not clean. There was a large amount of long visible hair on the shower wall. It was very obvious that the tub/shower hasn’t actually been cleaned. So it just made me wonder how well everything else was cleaned. The room was a suite so it was spacious. But I’m just not sure how cleanly it was.

Negatives: Elevator broke mid stay and we were on 3rd floor. That was a lot for my disabled mother. Glad my wheelchair bound father didn’t come after all because staff made no attempt to offer anything lower level. Breakfast was ehhhhh, coffee terrible with no alternative sweetener in lobby. Beds are HORRIBLE.

Negatives: Elevator was broken when coming back from dinner and glad to take steps ,My toilet was acting weird and ended up being clogged the second day we were there also was alarmed when getting to my room for the first time someone must have been in our room when we got there because both tvs were on and lights , also there was 1 bottle water on counter when we came in the room with the coffee maker nothing saying that it wasn’t a bottle of water for us , hours after checking out I got a charge on my credit card saying I was charged 12$ I called and they said did you drink 2 bottles of water ?? I said my daughter had a bottle of water 1 bottle there wasn’t even 2 in there and no one or anything said that it was to be bought ???? Maybe it was who ever that was in there watching tv before we got there , the lady that answered when I called about it just said ok then I’ll take the charge off , the worst part is if I hadn’t even seen we def would have been paying for a bottle that wasn’t even present in our room.

Negatives: Booking could have made my reservation

Negatives: I had NO HOUSEKEEPING services for 7 days, I checked in on a Wed. evening and left a week later on Wed. AM, and during that time I had to ask for clean towels, and at no time did housekeeping come and pick up my trash. No cleaning of the room, no vacuuming, no touch up of the bathroom area. The bathroom layout itself was a mess, no counter space, the toilet tissue roll holder needed to be repaired, as the toilet paper roll keep falling on to the dirty floor, and the toilet was in the middle of the room. Poor lay out.Also, for the several breakfasts that I did have there - eggs and meat were cold, biscuits and gravy like heavy paste due to being cold. Coffee in main lobby rarely replenished.

Negatives: Pet fee way too high.

Negatives: heater didn't work properly.
