Positives:
The outside looked a little bad when arriving. I didn't have very high hopes for the price of the room. But after seeing the lobby and the room. It did exceed my expectations. Pretty clean for the most part.
Negatives:
The sheet on the bed had a burn hole in it. The door to the room needs adjusted. It has to be forced shut.

Staff were very slow at checking people in. 3 people working on 1 computer with a long line of people waiting to check in. They had 2 computers but all 3 were looking at the same computer

The only this clean was the bed sheets. Looked like the door was forced open multiple times. Found a used spoon under the bed. Lots of shower scum and very dusty and dirty. Three holes in the wall that were poorly repaired

Hotel very run down, staff not friendly, breakfast was just a waffle maker and toast ( no yogurt milk,pastries or anything).

Very run down building with terrible repairs done throughout. Extremely dirty. Requested late check out, which was approved at no cost. Was then locked out of our room and told I had to pay extra to get access to my room to get our belongings. Charged $25 for a 1 hour late after being told it was no charge.
