Positives: The price.
Negatives: Noise, someone in the room above stomping around at 2 A.M. A used washcloth from a prior guest hanging at the end of the shower curtain. Chairs with fabric seats that are dirty drive me crazy, clean them, or get furniture you can wipe off. Also no one cleaning the breakfast area during breakfast time. Dirty counters and not so good coffee.

Negatives: You get what you pay for. The place was dirty and run down. Refrigerator in room didn’t work. Had to constantly adjust air to get temp right. Unknown dirt on chair in room. No maid service. Breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen.
