The hot water didn't work The attendant was a rude arrogant man talk to me like I didn't know what I was doing or what I was talking about and it wasn't possible for my hot water to be out if nobody else is was he refused to give me another room it was just a terrible experience

Nothing about this hotel was any good. So disgusting.
Negatives:
The pool was unavailable(after I was assured it was up and running which disappointed my great granddaughter as she was looking forward to it).I asked for a fridge and microwave and was told I'd have them. They were non existent. There was no hot water so no showers after travelling all day, there was a really bad smell in the hotel. And we were informed there was construction going on and would be loud all day until about 9 or 10. I left after one night and got new accomodations. I want my money back as I did not stay there. Your man at the front desk was extremely rude and of no help whatsoever.

This may have been the worst hotel/motel that have ever stayed at. It was WAY overpriced for what they offered. Facilities were old, but were allegedly being Next to a noisy road. Desk staff was almost surley especially after our having to return to the desk three times to change rooms because components of the rooms we were given didnt work. Will never stay here again and would not recomm to anyone.
