I am disabled and asked for a room with accommodations. the only thing that was accommodating was the peep hole in the door! I could not move around the room, there was no grab bars in the bathroom, I could not fit my chair into the bathroom! I am very upset about this stay!

The bed the pillows room was still really dusty bathtub wasn't clean and the hotel was really loud

Positives:
People vaping in hall way. Sons shirt was stolen from pool area. Kids were told pool was closing by staff. They were the only ones there. My son went right down when he realized his shirt was still there. Staff went in and said it was not there. They checked cameras as it was. An expensive shirt. Said he went in with it but didn't leave with it. The only ones in there after was a staff member.

The workers were really rude and did not really want to help. I was stuck in a room that smelled of mildew and had mildew in the fridge. There were people running around all night long being loud and when I said something to the front desk help his response was there’s nothing he can do but ask them to calm down like that was at 3 am
