The location was good, close to lots of amenities by car but also you could walk to lots of restaurants and bars. There was also plenty of parking
Negatives:
There seemed to be lots of homeless people hanging around the place. I saw people trying to gain access when they clearly didn’t have a key card.

There was an inch of water & mold at the bottom of the AC unit as well as the evaporator being 80% blocked. I could taste the mold as soon as i walked in the room. I cleaned the unit myself & let the front desk know i did & left my number with the front desk for the owner or manager to contact me. I stayed one week. I went to the front desk everyday. The owner or manager never contacted me.

Our rooms were clean except for the roach we had come across our pillow the last day we stayed and there were stains on the sheets.. in our bathroom the towel rod was off the wall just sitting on the floor next to the toilet and the rooms including the entire hotel need updated. It was nothing like the pictures we saw online. You just kind of felt dirty staying there. Housekeeping never came the 2 days we were there. We had to go buy toilet paper as we had only 1 roll per room and no help getting more. We also had to go buy trash bags as we had 1 bag per 2 trash cans and again no housekeeping or help with that. We asked for extra pillows, they told us no, we asked for towels and they said there was a shortage so we had to reuse towels the entire time.. for swimming and bathing! The staff were very nice but not helpful and seemed overwhelmed and breakfast was also lacking big time! There were a lot of ppl hanging around the lobby and outside as well as staying there, that were definitely on drugs.. ambulance and fire department came 2xs.
