Poor maintenance in room. Front face of Counter in bathroom falling apart. Bathroom door didn't close well.
Pool water so cold it was unusable. (Looked clean... probably because no one swims in it)
Bathroom was dusty, not well cleaned.
Had to ask for towels & go get them ourselves.
Keys had to be repeatedly replaced because they didn't work anymore.

Our room was very hot and never cooled down even after the front desk person claimed to have “fixed” the problem w the air. We could not use the shower as the peoples bathroom above ours was leaking into ours and the tub was also cracked. Looked like a patch job to fix that was also attempted leaving physical hair embedded in the tub. So disgusting. Who wants to shower in that w the peoples “rinse water” from above dripping down?

Little on the unclean side. The stainless steel inside the elevator had smudged, hand prints, etc. It needed to shiny clean not dirty like that. Dirty around the edge of the carpet in the elevator.

Pool was too cold to swim in. TV quit working 2 or three times. Tried to get us checked out night before Reservation was over. Key cards for the room quit working night before checkout day. Clogged toilet couple times. Rude to you made you feel like you didn't know how to work waffle maker or TV remote. I would never stay there again.
