Nice People.
Negatives:
Poor maintenance in room. Front face of Counter in bathroom falling apart. Bathroom door didn't close well.
Pool water so cold it was unusable. (Looked clean... probably because no one swims in it)
Bathroom was dusty, not well cleaned.
Had to ask for towels & go get them ourselves.
Keys had to be repeatedly replaced because they didn't work anymore.

Positives:
The breakfast was good. Wi-Fi was consistent and worked the entirety of our stay.
Negatives:
Pool was ice cold. Housekeeping did not replace any toilet paper/towels/sheets once during our three night stay.

Breakfast was ok. Location was good and easy to get to our event.
Negatives:
Our room was very hot and never cooled down even after the front desk person claimed to have “fixed” the problem w the air. We could not use the shower as the peoples bathroom above ours was leaking into ours and the tub was also cracked. Looked like a patch job to fix that was also attempted leaving physical hair embedded in the tub. So disgusting. Who wants to shower in that w the peoples “rinse water” from above dripping down?
