Location was great! And staff was friendly.

The pool was absolutely disgusting. We went at 9:00pm and saw a nasty film over the pool and it smelled disgusting. I was also bummed there wasn?t a hot tub. They also overbooked underground parking and we couldn?t get a spot.

It was a good proximity to East Village, with most things walking distance to the hotel.
Negatives:
The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful.
The room was not serviced, despite asking for it to be done each day.
The room was damp and had mold.
Free shuttle was not amenable to flight schedules

We showed up for our honeymoon stay and we had to leave because we didn?t have an extra $50 on one card and wouldnt let me do two separate transactions. I had the $500 on the card for the stay but they said I needed $50 more for if I charge to my room
Positives:
The staff were friendly and provided seamless check-in/out services. The breakfast and happy hours were enjoyable. The hotel itself is located within walking range to a variety of food options.

The rooms are outdated, but it didn't affect my overall stay.

Love the location, we had a great room, very clean and quiet. The hotel was full of Baseball and basketball kids running all over.
Negatives:
The ROOM PRICE was OUTRAGEOUS TO JUST SLEEP!!! WE COULD’NT GET A SENIOR DISCOUNT BECAUSE WE RESERVED ON LINE!! Not paid on line so they should have adjusted it.
The sad thing is the buffet looks like the food is hot but it’s NOT!!! Cold butter that wouldn’t even melt on the pancakes. Cold sausage as well. We could have had them make
