Reception staff were unhelpful and rude when I phoned to explain there had been a misunderstanding with the booking location. Despite advising the staff in advance of the booking mixup, they were unaccommodating and inflexible. Very disappointing. We lost 100% of our booking charge despite not even using the hotel room! Very poor customer service and therefore I would not recommend this chain or hotel.
