This issue has been remedied! But it did take a while
We got charged for parking for three days and only used the parking garage one day. We told staff multiple times going in and out and we were still charged after our stay. It took some back and forth to get a refund but in the end the fix was relatively easy just frustrating. Otherwise overall everything was great
