The breafast was very good. Nearby restaurants provide other meals.
The room was comfortable and clean, spacious and well-furnished. Very comfortable. Parking is convenient, although not a bargain.
Negatives:
I'd suggested having a second set of curtains for added privacy, especially on the window next to the bed.
The coffee maker in the room seemed to have a part missing, so it couldn't be used.

I tried to use the phone to call out to a family member as my cell phone had died and I was unable to use my phone. When I went down to the lobby, I had to use the workers personal cell phone to call out. When I went to the garage to get my charger, the hotel then didn’t have any way to plug-in a USB like every other hotel I’ve stayed in has. The breakfast was gone when we got there at 8:30 AM and never replenished. And there was not a spot in the garage for us to park in being a truck unless it was a compact spot for Hyatt users.

There were no USB charging ports in the room. $30 parking was a little excessive considering room cost.A microwave in the room would have been nice as well.

Staff was friendly but did not have the customer in mind. We were not allowed to use a senior citizen discount. When I booked on line, it stated parking in the ramp across the street was free. When we checked out we saw a sign stating it was $30 a night. Then the clerk left the desk and did not lift the gate for us to leave the ramp….. so back to the hotel once again. Check out was very frustrating for us. Location was great as we were there for an event the YMCA
