Convenient location by the airport and also near Starbucks, Panera, Hy-Vee and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Overall good value.

Hotel adjoins with Restaurant an event center. A large event was taking place at the night of our stay so it was a bit louder than I expected.

The breakfast sucked really bad and the guy didn't even bother to check to see if anything needed refilled and the biscuits were hard as rocks, there was barely any milk and I know that he could over heat us talking about the breakfast but he was to busy on his phone also they won't let you have any visitors after midnight so my cousin that I haven't seen in years was turned away the staff wasn't friendly at all

The torn bed skirt, leaking ceiling, smeared mirror, 1 wash cloth for 3 people to use, two towels for 3 people to use, one roll of toilet paper already used no extra one's, fridge was warm inside and dirty poorly put cord was to short. Pool was unsafe electric outlets showing, shower ran out of hot water quickly, had section closed off in pool area with material for remodeling behind tarp. NO HOT TUB! Hallway had pieces of glass, hall smelt of food being cooked, unvacumed hallways, curtains falling off tracks. Torn carpet, carpet felt filthy. Very disappointed
