Everything! They didn't have a room for us even though we paid and it was confirmed through booking.com. We also seen them let others Check In after us and received a room. The Supervisor was not accommodating and didn't send us an email as stated. I had to finally go back to the hotel, so when booking.com called the Supervisor could confirm we didn't get to stay. They gave us points to get another free stay but after this who want to stay there.

It was a great location, walking distance to many things. The continental breakfast was amazing, lots of options. The showers also had very strong water pressure.
Negatives:
Beware there is a train that goes past multiple times a day/night right outside the hotel. The pool was also freezing.
